Luxury brand Mont Blanc held its first Craftsmanship Exhibition in Singapore at Ngee Ann City.
Visitors sipped champagne and munched on light bites while being showcased a variety of Mont Blanc marvels commemorating 90 years of the iconic Meisterstuck – from fine writing implements to leatherwork and watchmaking.
One interesting feature was a booth where visitors could have their personal messages penned by a professional calligrapher.
Also at the event was Mr Axel Nier, a Master Pen Maker from Germany. Mr Nier examined the handwriting style of each visitor and explained how fountain pens are made at the Mont Blanc factory. Also available for order were customised bespoke nibs tuned to one’s liking.
